Hello house i want to make some inquiries on behalf of a friend.
1. is it advisable to travel to dubai on a tourist visa and then extend it twice before applying for freelance permit.....as the freelance permit money will come later........does it make sense taking this risk?
2. can my friend rent an apartment using tourist visa during the times he will spend before applying for freelance permit
3. can nigeria atm card work in uae?

Are you nicodemus in disguise or why does it have to be at night fa? You can check Deira area. Either around Naif or Deira park, you should easily find people doing this. Hope it's not physical cash sha, naira is cashless by force in Dubai. grin grin

Not a guru. You can do number one if you have the funds, no risk there again if you have the funds.
2. Not officially, most transactions require your ID and mobile number so you will likely be frustrated or limited except there's someone else fronting for you.
3. Some can work, but remember CBN international transaction limits can make you cry.

You don't have to drop your passport, just do PCR Convid test with Negative result, not less than 72hrs, Upload and pay for another test upon arrival in Naija, print the QR code and proceed.

Thanks for your reply.. But Why should I do another PCR test in NIgeria when I am with a negative certificate of less than 48hrs. A friend said you should not pay!. Please will all these(the new test) be done within arrival to Nig. or I'll go home and come back?

Do not listen to your friend otherwise, your passport might be put under the ban, I know we love to do thing Naija way, the test is a 2nd test done After 2 days of Arrival or so at any chosen test centre of yours.
if you don't pay, ready to face immigration wahala and you know as Naija own be, They'll frustrate you.

Good morning and compliment of the season. I met one Alhaja yesterday she said there is a live-in maid Job available in Dubai and salary is 100k when converted to naira. She also said the Visa is 500k and I have to deposit 200k. It will be processed withing 3 weeks and I would resume work straight from the airport. She said I should send her via WhatsApp, my international passport, a passport pic and a portrait pic of me showing my full stature on a white background.

Pls is this real, plus is the salary for live-in maid Job 100k or more than? I hope she is not planning on using me for continued monthly business.

. That 500k can start a provision store for you instead of using it to buy a possible enslavement for yourself....
