8 days is a long time o. I'll suggest you go see a doctor while you increase your water intake. Also, check your blood pressure, maybe it's too high. Caffeine can have that effect

. Why are u not sleeping? Something is bothering you I think.Anxiety etc..When anxiety is much unexplained diseses will comeTake amytriptylone 25 mg at night .it increases serotonin which contributes to a better sleep.If you sleep too much reduce it.Read online for its side effects.You can take it for 5 days first and let us see what happens.

I saw 8 days there and tot d op must have made a mistake. See, if he took one dose of 1000mg of caffeine which i would classify as an overdose and it doesn't clear in his body in 12hrs and lasts 8 days? Then something else is doing him.

Possibly, and high dose too. Anyways, if that's the case, i would suggest him stopping slowly not just at once. As in if he used to take 500mg, he shouldn't just wake up and stop taking it. He should take 400mg the next day and 300mg the following day and so on.

Ur absolutely correct sir. Thats called tapering. I tink he shuld see a doctor for a gud tapering plan or rada visit a rehab center.
