Since the upgrade my RN7 charges slower than my Tecno phones

I bought xiaomi mi 8 and discovered it was the chinese rom,the seller promised to help me to flash it to global rom . After he did that(which I'm not really sure he did),i installed google play service and then google play store,but my play store isn't working.
It displays the picture below �.
I can't use some apps and games
Please u guys should help me, I'm in onitsha ,Anambra.

Hello bosses, please help.

when I wanted to charge yesternight, I unknowingly touched the mouth of my cord and it shocked me. When I plugged it into my phone, as soon as I handled my phone, my phone shocked me.

I immediately removed the cord from the charger head. Now I connected it to a power bank to charge my phone. No shocks.

Do you think the problem is from the charger head? What could have been the cause of the shock?

Sir, RN8 or RN9s in case you want to tweak ur phone later. RN9 has helio G85 MediaTek which maybe difficult to tweak
