I think you should be more worried about the app and it's riders and not the drivers per say because same drivers drive on both apps. In my own opinion I think it's a function of the app/riders.

Bolt riders/ladies especially (from the eastern part of the country, apologies!) can make a gentle man change within 1 month. I speak from experience my dear.

The driver has told us his own story, I could remember reading it here about 2 to 3weeks back, he waited for weeks and came here to tell us again. What do you want to hear from him again? The lady you are indirectly siding hangs up when you mention the driver's money inrespective of who calls. If there is more to it she would at least tell anyone, I called her myself and other people did. I know you wouldn't be talking like this if it happened to you.
