CNN have been inconsistent with the reportage from saying people were massacred to 38 ppl killed in lekki tollgate shooting, then reducing the number until a rejoinder about a week ago, stating "unspecified number of people killed".
Any reportage that's bias and not balanced is a rumor and that can hit up the polite.

There was no need for the invitation - they do not have any material evidence apart from those that they pieced together from various sources - they are not relevant as such. However, if CNN is so convinced about their own story, one will expect them to want to present such evidence to a Panel regardless of what they think of the Panel - they say their own and they get cross-examined and it goes like that...
DJ Switch was able to make presentation to a Panel in Canada while she was still in Nigeria - what is the difference?
