OP, I thought the church was the (and your)problem. Cement is controlled by people who aren't church people but look at the story. They are also going for petrol and diesel.

They are pricing it as though it was imported with dollars. This is "dollarization" of the economy and is very bad. Let minimum wage too be in dollar then if that's the case.
