Flashing the phone is the only option as far as am concern but then it will still bring up issues later.

Power button has nothing to do with it. The phone itself is trash that is why its given him serious problem.

Nwanne it happened to me as wel, when I was using my RN7.. had to do hard reset, and lost all data....l.... Seriously I'm tired of Xiaomi... Though I recently bought rn8 4/128gb... But I'm fucking tired of Xiaomi... I think I'll have to move to Samsung and get some peace.

it's not power button at all. am not even using it often sef. I learned my lesson from my last phone redmi note 5. so since I bought this one, am not using the power button. I hardly press it ...... I was playing game, when the thing started. e just off like dat and begin misbehave.

Oga stop lamenting and go buy yourself a better phone from anoda brand and forget about repairing that dead phone because after repairs it will still give you issues.
