Not all schools are in uni-assist. Uniassist is a contracting firm helping universities 'weed out' applications than don't meet the requirements of the department or the universities.
The 75 EUR they charge is for handling your documents, reviewing them, and onward thrashing or sending to the university(ies) for consideration.
The admission decision is by the department, then the University.
Your contract with uniassist ends when you upload all the necessary documents, make application(s) and of course make their payment.

If you have scholarship, you won't have to pay the blocked amount whuch is about €10300( currently #4.7mil using official rate of 480).
You can check daad.de for scholarships using the below link. Just filter the database according to your course of study.

Its even cheaper to learn german in Nigeria than going for such courses in Germany.

Speaking german also increase your chance of getting the visa. Good luck

A number of people on this thread were able to get the scholarship in time past. You should understand there are about 180 scholarships on the website with more than half not available for Nigerians. You need to select Nigeria as your country of origin to get the ones you are eligible for.

Find a way to contact relevant staffs working at exams & records of the school Senate. You can get the home address of a key staff and visit to plead your case and make the person work it out for you even though the university isn't running.

For now, it is important to inform the prospective university tomorrow (21st dec) by mail and make them understand the situation here while asking for a week or more extension to meet up with the requirement.

You don't need a visa from Poland. The visa you're getting to Poland is a Schengen visa all you need is your student permit in poland and you're good to go. Poland is in the Schengen zone. Start your poland visa application now if you're serious.

If you are, then that's not supposed to be difficult na.
Just want to know the process because I intend travelling to poland next year.

You are good to go bro. No need to apply for visa again just show them your student permit and admission letter at the point of entry.
