See your line of reasoning abeg. So cos USA did it first, no country has the right to make its own attempt and celebrate same!? Forget that thing you are talking. The major reason USA stays ahead is cos apart from trying to attract best minds around the world, it is a big bully. China on the other hand is highly conservative. China's advancement in technology is what even USA can't afford to overlook and evidently, they have not made that mistake. I would love the final success of such technology to even come from China cos we have a higher chance of tapping from that tech as compared to when it's the Big Bully.
