I feel the gods living under this bridge needs to be appeased, thats just a myth anyway.

In reality, I think all d accident that occured on this bridge has something to do with construction.

That's what am beginning to think, it's high time the Lagos state government send team of engineering experts to go and find out why so much accident on that bridge. Maybe it's too steep for heavy duties to climb....

Why always Otedola bridge? It think the name should be changed, and the bridge sanctified.

vertical and horizontal alignment slope of the bridge road needs to be re-design. if not, same thing will keep occurring or alternative road should be provided for articulated vehicles.

The cause of the fire,is not tenable..if the got bust,the can be stop,to roll back is going be very difficult ..Ask the driver and the motor boy....they have sold the product..the cover up

The government won't do anything concerning these tankers until they lose their family members, till then Nigerians should endure.

no mind the reporter, the tire did not burst.

the fire was from either the tire or from the engine close to the second tire of the truck, I was in a car when every body started running shouting fire, me I ran away from the car too.

the tanker driver started going back and trying to avoid cars but finally lost it when it hit a truck which actually fell on top of the family car( Honda CRV).

at first it was they didn't survive but one guy ran to the car and I followed him to start rescue and the man was able to come out and brought out his family members before the fire spread.

the tanker was filled with fiuel because when it fell to the deep part of the road the fuel started spilling like an open tap and boom fire don light


the family should go and thank God, because if the tanker had hit them directly it would have been worst.

there was actually no one around except for very few people but the guy that went to the car was really brave cos the burning tanker was not far from the family car.
