Each time I want to submit my application. it usually states that the files uploaded are above 100kb. whereas, they are all below 100kb except one which is exactly 100kb.
what is the way out please?

Reduce the 100kb file to less than 100kb.
The space for job functions and responsibilities should be just a line or nothing as it is not compulsory.

meaning graduates after that date are not eligible to apply.

It depend on the position you are applying for.
Not all positions have that requirement.
I think they are just trying to reduce the number of applicants for GL8 in the applicable positions.
Experienced hire have different requirements depending on their field and position.
I advised applicants to carefully read the requirements following each position and field before applying as many will be disqualified if they do not meet the specified requirements.

Did any other person notice that is not all the position they advertised that candidate was shortlisted for. E.g no shortlisted candidate for Program Analyst.
