For the Part I, how do I fill the following..
a. Cash available
b. Name and address of Banker
c. Houses
d. Other Assets

For the Part II, is it necessary I fill it? I'm not traveling anytime soon. Same with Part III.

Completed passport form is the form with ur details, acknowledgmnt slip is only got(ten) when u have successfully paid and ur payment accepted by NIS. In essence it is only possible to b printed after payment.

For the prts on guarantor form, fill anythin that comes to ur mind. Can be 100k

For other parts, just fill. Finish

Make enquiries at the passport office before attempt to change middle name also because I was told I could only change surname due to marriage, adding middle name also is more complicated and expensive. Anyway, you'll need to change your name at NIMC (your nin) before you can change on your passport. You also need court affidavit and newspaper publication.

God evening everyone... Its been one month plus since I renewed my passport from festac office. But all I hear now is der is no booklet... Y who know man dey collect dey go. I saw here I can tag them on twitter and my passport will be out in no time. My only challenge now is I don't have a Twitter account. If any can help me please indicate . So I can drop my enrollment number... Thank you

So I applied/paid online yesterday(for my bro) ,printed the slips/filled the guarantor's form. I was at Ikoyi by 8am today, met crowd, after few minutes I heard them calling numbers(seems those that came very early were given numbers), I sha asked how I can get mine but it seemed they weren't giving anymore. While waiting (about 15mins later)they were calling people to line up according to what you came for(capture, collection etc), it was a little bit hard to enter with my bro cos I had no file nor collection slip but I found my way gracefully.
Immediately we entered I wait straight to the first office by right (servicom) ,our gentle mr Adamu was the first person I saw (he was attending to someone but I no care o I decided to wait , having read about him on nairaland), in 2minutes he was done, I quickly asked him where I can notarize the form ,he directed me I picked the guarantor's form and gave him other documents, when I came back,I saw he already arranged my bros documents with their servicom file.
He gave me a form(4 pages) to photocopy.
N.B- photocopy before you fill it, it 50naira per page.
When I was done filling, he directed us to the room opposite theirs for approval, after that he diected us to the longroom(he already listed the desks you are to go to on the file eg dfu,vetting etc).
When my bro got to the first desk, I was sha outside looking at them, the man was asking him of the originals of his documents like birth cert,state of origin identification etc) which he didn't have. I sha walked up to him and showed him the originals on my phone, he insisted that his job is to cite originals cos this computer age anyone can form anything, I spoke to him calmly that he doesn't reside here bla bla bla, after much talk he took the file and started asking for pen(phew) I sha gavey bro pen and he signed while I went outside again. The other desks didn't waste much time(about 30mins in all) and he entered the capture room (he stayed upto 45mins in that room).
But he was captured and given enrollment id . When he took his file back to servicom (there's a number they told him to tell the capture guy to verify). According to my bro, the capture guy directed him to another place probably cos e pepper am ��. Luckily for my bro he saw my precious Adamu� and told him what happened. Mr Adamu took the file and told us not to worry that he will do it himself (God bless mr Adamu).
So I asked him when we can check, he said in 7days time.

We left Ikoyi by pass 11am.

Please diy at Ikoyi office is good to go. I encourage you to do it

For fresh passport
U need the below after u pay online.
1. 2 passport photograph
2. Black and white abi black and grey paper file( can be bought there for 50 to 100 naira)
3. Letter of identification from Local Government/State of origin or residence or National Identity Card
4. Completed passport application form
5. Completed Guarantors’ form duly signed by a Commissioner for Oaths attached with Photocopy of Data page of Guarantor’s Nigerian ePassport, National Identity Card and one passport sized photograph of the Guarantor;
U will print out the guarantor’s form online. It is linked to your application so google how to print it when u are done with payment or check my other responses for the link.
6. Marriage certificate, where applicable;
7. Birth Certificate or Age Declaration attached with one passport-sized photograph and duly endorsed by a Commissioner for Oaths
8. Acknowledgement slip
9. evidence of payment slip


Pls does this apply to the enhanced passport?

and is the enhanced passport only available at Ikoyi Lagos, what about Festac and Alausa

go back there and ask for the PCO then explain to him that you need your passport for urgent reason believe me u will collect your passport next day go with your collection slip get back to me

I just paid for my fresh passport this morning but It hasn't reflected I'm really worried... Does it take time to reflect??

MODIFIED: I mailed payarena via their contact form and they resolved it, my interview is on 1/1/2021

Good evening everyone. I tried paying online using payarena but I didn't get a validation code. The page kept on showing a loading sign.

I've been debited by my bank but my status in the application page still shows no previous payment attempt history found.

I know that i need this code to print out my acknowledgement slip and receipt. I can't do any of those right now.

How do I go about it. It's been a few hours now yet no difference

This has been fixed. The man that replied my mail (Mr Usman) fixed it for me. I can now print all I need
