Ultimately,a religion is either God-based or based on the philosophy of an influential person.

I will allow it..

Religion is a waste of time. It is just folllowing blindly a set of set down rules by the creators of the ideology. Which is usually for social engineering.

Spirituality is just being yourself. And recognising that you are a spiritual being just trying to be human in the little time that you have...simply put, enjoying life and letting others do too..
Ultimately, the end goal is peace....

But there is nobody behind biological processes.

Religion is codified laws one is required to follow if one is to be considered an adherent of the religion. If the essence of religion is to be led by the spirit so you are not under law then you become freed from religion.

Yes, but we still have to set boundaries for ourselves, like i said earlier, the ultimate goal is peace. The fact thst i am married does not mean i can lie with anothet mans wife or my fathers wife....the laws are needed to acieve some level of peace and harmony....then for our exercies, we can establish a good justice system...

Jung would say "the purpose of religion is the crucifixion of the Gods". Like a boat one crosses a river with on a long journey, one leaves the boat behind after crossing. Once a religion or doctrine has served it's purpose it recedes into the unconscious where it lives forever or dies.

As above so below, my Lord, as branches to the roots. Imagine a tree of knowledge of good and evil of over a couple of thousand or so years old. Religion can be said to be learning what to do with the wood and the roots.

But you need the laws to perfect you in spirit. The laws are like teacher. They teach you to follow the Spirit of the Law.

Those who can not see in Spirit will most likely disregard the law or obey it out of fear.

You are still not getting it..both the breathe and the mud is what is called human soul...without the breathe, it is just dust. It is the breathe that brought the dust to life(a living soul).

When the breathe(spirit or Nerphesh) leaves back to God, the body experiences what we refer to as death...
