Progress report on the new N6.6Billion flyover at Kantin Kwari Market being constructed by the admin of H.E Gov UmarGanduje, which will start from Kofar Mata Jumaat Mosque, through IBB way Junction it'll pass over Kantin Kwari Market & will terminate at Ibrahim Taiwo Road.

We were on a site seeing at the new and Nigeria's first ultra-modern Agro-commodity market in Gezawa, Kano, which was constructed at the cost of 4.5B Naira.

It is placed as a one-stop market for agriculture and it's value chain, aimed at diversifying the economy of Kano state.

The Kano Economic City was initially conceived during Mallam Shekarau's administration, it couldn't take of till after a decade during H.E Gov UmarGanduje's admin through a PPP arrangement with Brains & Hammers. And in February 2021, the 1st phase is expected to be commissioned.

Kano Economic City scheduled would be commissioned in February starting with GSM & Pharmaceutical markets which have over 13,000 shops, & a trailer park with initial capacity of 400 trailers. All within 1st phase of the project. It'll revolutionise trading

Progress on the new N2Billion Shahuci Flyover being constructed by the admin of H.E Gov Umar Ganduje is almost completed.

The flyover will be easing vehicular movement, & also link Murtala Hospital with the Accident & Emergency unit of the hospital through an underground tunnel.

It's heart-warming to see the hospital going through a major renovation.

Kano possesses a very modest and bustling hospitality industry.

In Kano metropolis only, there are hundreds of hotels of different sizes and calibre, with innumerable restaurants, travel agencies, tourism hubs, events and recreational centres.

Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje visited Tiga Dam to inspect the ongoing power projects which is at the verge of completion.

The power plant will generate and supply companies and streets lights with power within the state.

Minjibir park in Kano is a nice destination away from the hustle and bustle of d city. It is so large that they provide vehicles (vintage cars) as well as coach-like carts 2 convey people from one part to another.
It harbors:
- Children hangout spots
- Polo & Golf course
-Gaming areas.

Offering more than just a scenic view, the Challawa Gorge Dam constructed by Julius Berger and inaugurated in 1992, stands at 7.8KM long and 42M high.

The Dam has improved irrigation and water supply to Kano city, surrounding towns and settlements along the river system.

Work has been fast, n d level of infrastructure been set in place frm planned railroads by Nigeria Government many ware houses and roads.

Kano arguably accounts for the highest cargo export.

Kano state has been exporting rugs and carpets to other African countries and the USA, as one the largest producers of rugs in Africa through JayKay Carpets and Rugs. The ban on imported rugs from Asia has helped local rug manufacturers increased production and create more jobs.
