Sorry to say....but this is invalid.
According to NIS on their twitter account, All the three Passport Offices in Lagos State have now been successfully migrated to the enhanced e-Passport regime.
This was posted on 22nd December 2020.

Hello,

Please which of the centres is best suited for DIY in Lagos. Though I stay closest to festac but Ikoyi seems to appeal to me.

I have my NIN, but not the NIN slip would this be a problem? what's the solution? cos someone mentioned that the NIN slip is a required document for passport renewal @ Ikoyi.

I plan on hitting Ikoyi on Tuesday for capturing, hu is in?

U dnt need the main nin card, after u registered and got the number, a slip is usually given same day or 24 hrs later, u shud get that pls. It is free na

I want to go for capturing tomorrow at ikoyi but the guy who I wanted to be guarantor just traveled and I don't know any other person with passport around me... I don't know what to do.

Can we share your guarantor? I'm capturing at ikoyi tomorrow and I also don't have NIN slip but have the number.

Good morning house pls I would like to renew my passport and I saw some list posted for what is needed, pls how or where will I get the application letter to the comptroller general for renewal of ppt..pls won't mind if I can get someone to explain to me what to do step by step.....thanks

Dnt tell them u misplaced slip so they dnt bring up one frivolous charge and extort u as sadly this is the way Nigerian civil servants behave. I think u shud go to nimc office first and tell them u want to get ur slip... try that

Hello guys! Please, I have checked through this thread on how to replace a lost passport but cant find any info regarding that. I filled the online application for a replacement on their official website and was charged N20,000 for the passport and N2,000 for address verification. Meanwhile, an immigration officer requested I bring N55k and a photocopy of my lost passport to get a replacement. My question now is , is it safe to proceed with the online application since it's far cheaper and also has anybody gotten a passport replacement using the 'online application' method, so I can proceed to make payment?. Thank you

You should be able to get guarantor at passport office, i'm yet to even see person sign my own
