The demand for egg yolk powder and egg shell powder is very high, unfortunately they companies producing these in the country is not meeting up to 5% of the demand.
Egg powder is used for preparation of Ice cream, bread, cakes, biscuits, noodles, Custard and in some pastries. Egg shell powder is used in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, used in feeds for livestock, fertilizer and as an abrasive agent in making toothpaste. The egg shell that you consider to be waste.
