Coronabirus:"Never in history a northerner plotted coup against a southerner". Have you not taken your time to avail yourself of historical facts or ask those with information? Have you not heard of Gowon's coup against Aguiyi Ironsi (6 months in the office) in 1966 (coined as a counter coup)? Did you not hear of how Sani Abacha, in 1994, removed Chief Ernest Shonekan (3 months in the office) as the interim president? Aside from those two and General Olusegun Obasanjo (in 1977 - 1979) when else did southerners rule during the military era? Was it not known as a coup? Please check your records again. |

[quote author=Arrewa post=97524113]Bishop Kukah resides in Sokoto with his entire Family, none of them have been forced or coerced into Islam, none of them have been attacked or mistreated in Sokoto, yet his hatred towards Muslims North makes him restless. Even the Hausafulan Christians had rejected and disowned him! Hausafulani Christians have wisen up... They no longer fall for religious business men! They now know their real enemies. The only people celebrating the animal are the ipobs, PDP and some brainless bigots. The only thing that matters to Arewas right now is development and peace!! Days of religious intolerance among Arewa Christians and Muslims is gone. When Arewa Christians or Muslims get killed in any village in the north. Same people applauding kuka would come online to celebrate. The Hausa and Fulani Christians can never unite with the enemies of the north just because of religion. The north reject kuka!! Northern Christians had already made it clear that kuka is on his own!! Let him continue entertaining his ipob and PDP audience. Hausa Christians and Fulani Christians are not Fools. They stand by their region and their tribes not religion. [/qu Its obvious you are a religious bigot. Thank God everyone on this platform knows that. Every Nigerian knows that he is a peaceful man and sits on most of the peace and reconciliatory committees setup by by Nigerian government since before 1999. His NGO serves a lot of Muslim communities. Trust me guy, Kukah is loved in sokoto, so your fucking opinion don't count. Stop spreading hate bro cos that's exactly how y'all Hausa Muslim behave and never cohabit with Christians in core Muslim environment. Stop spewing hate bro. |

Empiree:Go and arrest Kukah , what re you waiting for. If Buhari did not want to entertain any form of criticism then let himresign as the President. Should we all live in perpetual fear Because a vegetable is a president? Look at the speed to which they reacted to Kukah's write up,they should use such energy and tackle the insecurity ravaging the entire Nation. All Muslims are not terroristbut all terrorists are Muslims. |

You don't need to explain anything to the Bigots and terrorist zombies We know you to always be vocal no matter who is in power. When you blasted GEJ as shown below, they(APC) rejoiced. But now they want to Crucify you for telling them the bitter truth. https://www.channelstv.com/2013/02/02/their-goodluck-has-been-our-badluck-bishop-kukah/amp/ Corruption Is The Only Thing That Works — Bishop Kukah The Catholic Bishop Of Kaduna Diocese, Mathew Hassan Kukah was on Saturday the Guest of the Week on Channels Television’s breakfast programme, Sunrise. While speaking extensively on a number of salient issues, he shared his reluctance to dabble in Nigerian politics as he stated that Nigerian politicians are not leaders but mere office holders. “You can’t be a leader without a philosophy.” He said. While airing his views on corruption, he opined that “sad as it may sound, corruption is the only thing that works.” He also stated that setting up institutions to battle corruption won’t work. He also said that the President should secure the loyalty of their followers by making himself believable. |

ElijahIme1992:Dont mind dat animal wey e no fit better for from now to 600yrs let him come and explain the motive behind the constant killings of Christians in South Kaduna and The MB I am a fan of Peace and Unity but i belief it will be impossible to attain peace and unity if we cant tell ourselves the bitter truth The North needs a counter Orientation on Religious Extremism that's more predominant with its people ofcus extremism is not a sect thing but a human flaw and character so we should also have same orientation in every part of this Country |

chiefolododo:Wailer Inc! The hypocrite buffoon! How many times did he gave the 'stinky PDP/Atiku' sermon during Jonathan despite over 300 girls kidnapped! Has he forgotten the whole problem of 10 years started by his goons in PDP! Awon ole gbogbo branding themselves Bishop! What do you expect from someone supporting Atiku! When he and his "blessed candidate' failed, he resorted to calling for coup and stigmatization! Bishop that ask his God for ordinary victory! He will 4ever fail and always be loser! Buhari hasn't comment since! Buhari knows they're thieves in religion rob! He doesn't even someone is Matthew in Sokoto! That 'I don't know you exist attitude' is seriously killing them. Just confirm if you have means how many times he has been ignored and you will understand his pain! Let him continue wailing! That's the job of a focus-less Bishop! |

Omoslim26:you think I'm a fool?. You think they would mention his religion if his name doesn't sound Islamic?. Okay good. How about calling him a terrorist?. Listen guy, there was no single terrorist attack by Muslims in America. You are misinformed because many of you Nigerians have miscontrued notion. All those terror arrests during Bush and Obama administrations were orchestrated by law enforcement. You guys in Nigeria or wherever you are need to do research. Stop falling for cheap propaganda. Look for a book by Trevor Aaronson. I have attached a copy. Also watch his few mins clip before you speak next time. All real attacks and bombings that actually went off were carried out by nonmuslims. Educate yourself padi me. Even before Anthony Quinn Warner was mentioned in Nashville Xmas day bombing, christians on NL were already accusing Islam. They were expecting Muslim name like Abu Muhammad Abu Bakar Al-Ameriki but they were disappointed. You think if a Muslim did it for nonreligious reason they would not call him "Muslim or Islamic terrorist"?. The reason you didn't hear anything about so called Islamic terrorism during Trump administration was because Trump knew it was all scam. That's why he always said "fake news" Please please educate yourself before making informed decision. Thank you https://www.ted.com/talks/trevor_aaronson_how_this_fbi_strategy_is_actually_creating_us_based_terrorists/footnotes?referrer=playlist-insights_on_terrorism

I am surprised at the uproar this issue is causing. Firstly, this man spoke his personal opinion. So it should not count compared to if he was speaking for Christians or for the Catholic church he represents. Secondly, he did not call for a coup, he said if a Christian was in power and did this, a coup would have happened. The uproar tells a couple of things. 1. This man is relevant 2. What he is saying is touching nerves. This means there is some truth in what he is saying. 3. Those in power are messing up, they know it but they do not want anyone to say it. Las Las, one day, all of us go ready for change. Selah. |
