Thanks so much sir, before I can prescribe a medication to you, I'll like to know the location and severity of the injury (what you see as slight, may be different from the way I see it). Hence I'll be very happy if you could snap the site of injury, so that I can properly assess the injury and prescribe appropriate medications. Okay sir, I've examined the pics you've sent, inasmuch as you said the injury is slight, I'll suggest we don't take chances. So I'll recommend the following: 1) Since the wound looks like its clean, I'll recommend you continue cleaning the wound with methylated spirit BUT this time around apply GV (Gentian Violet, a purple ointment also used in humans to treat wound), twice a day (morning and night), 2) Then I'll also recommend you administer a broad spectrum prophylactic antibiotics which would fight any secondary microbial infection that can affect the wound/body (I'll prescribe the best antibiotics to you via mail/WhatsApp, because it's unethical to do so publicly on social media), 3) Lastly please put your mind at rest and give us feedback on any development. Good evening sir, I personally would not recommend any supplements or multivitamin, rather I would recommend high quality nutritious foods, which has all the necessary nutrients and supplements in a balanced and right amount. It is only in disease condition or deficiencies would it be imperative for supplement and multivitamins administration. In conclusion don't stress yourself, just simply give good and nutritious food to your cat, like fish, meat, milk etc BUT AVOID GARLIC AND ONIONS, they are dangerous to cats. I hope this helps!!!

Good morning sir, truth be told, It would be improper for me to make a diagnosis based on this picture alone sir, I would have to further ask some few questions from you in order to make an accurate diagnosis. For example, which other signs are you observing? Do you observe pain in the area? Is there any discharge? How did the delivery go? Have you applied any medication so far? The answers to these questions would go a long way in assisting ALTHOUGH personally to me it doesn't seem okay. Once you can assist me in making an accurate diagnosis, I would tell you what to do next.

Concerning your second question. First of all, I'll recommend you feed your dam with a highly nutritious diet for example diet rich in calcium, iron and other essential vitamins like meat, fish, egg and milk.
Secondly, please keep your dam and the pups warm and avoid exposure to harsh weather condition.
Thirdly, vaccination is very essential as at when due.
Lastly, ensure you have access to a licensed and qualified veterinarian for regular check up and you too should be very observant in case you notice any sign. I hope this helps!!!

She doesn't show any sign of pain when I clean the area, instead she readily lies on her back/side for a belly scratch.

The stain is sticky always, and doesn't smell to me.

I don't know whether it's a discharge or urine.

She has had no medications yet.

Good morning sir, and I'm so sorry about what happened. First, I will want you to calm down and don't panic, its an issue that can be resolved. Secondly, please avoid using hot or cold compress or even attempting to burst the abscess, it aggravates the condition. Thirdly, I would prescribe a pain reliever that has strong anti inflammatory properties in order to reduce pain (I'm sure your dog won't be able to use that area very well because of pain) and reduce the swelling and a broad spectrum antibiotic in order to fight any bacterial infection and then finally I'll prescribe some multivitamins to you in order to boost your dog's immune system and enable faster healing. I'll DM these drugs to you via email or whatzapp

Then you have nothing to fear sir, just keep cleaning the area with a clean cotton wool soaked in mild antiseptic regularly. The discharge would stop very soon, but if is prolonged or you notice any other sign or symptom, please don't hesitate to call our attention.

Good morning sir, I'm so sorry to say, but it is ABNORMAL. Although it's not something you should panic about. A very good dewormer would suffice. Personally I usually recommend albendazole- based dewormer like wormoff®, zentel® etc, they have proven over time to be very effective. I hope this helps!!!

Personally, I would still insist you go for an albendazole based dewormer like Wormoff®, Zentel® etc. Wormin® is a mebendazole based dewormer not albendazole BUT if you can't find any albendazole based dewormer, you can use the Wormin® like that, its also good too. For the Red caterat, I'm not familiar with the drug, I guess you didn't get the spelling right. If its with you, you can snap it.
