Okay here is how it works, you need 4-6 before your start date for visa processing, your start date is January 30 (I don’t know how you got that date because resumption is aroundOctober and April except you extended your enrollment deadline). In most cases, embassy don’t give dates when it’s only 4 weeks left to enrollment deadline (start date) except your are for scholarship or PhD. Now you only have 4 weeks left, what to do is to email your school for enrollment extension (try to get end of February or mid March) then book again with the new start date.

But my school would be starting their second

No it doesn't affect anything negatively infact you have a better edge since you have enrolled.. if the January is still getting delayed you can still shift it forward in as much you would enrol for the second semester... we are in the same situation..It will end in praise..

Yes I graduated 2019 with first class. I booked appointment in May but couldn't get a date after 6months being oct 1st I have to cancel and rebook since everything would be wiped away, then I found out none of the first class students has gotten AD and only cat b were getting with scholarship, I said maybe I should consider booking in cat B since all the AD screenshots have been seeing around that time is all cat B and scholarship students.
I rebooked early morning 8:20 am 1st oct. So I believe if the embassy starts issuing dates to cat B I would be among the first but someone claimed yesterday he booked under cat A and didn't ticked on scholarship students but got an appointment. Pls how true is this?

You can book appointment without blocking. In fact that's the smart thing to do since you don't know if and when you will be given an appointment.

When you get an appointment, you must however block before your appointment date.

I doubt this your GPA conversion is correct. Uni assist evaluated my 3.51 CGPA BSc, it was evaluated converted to 2.4 german gpa. Please see german gpa guide:

1.0–1.5 “very good”: excellent performance
1.6–2.5 “good”: performance well above average
2.6–3,5 “satisfactory”: average performance
3.6–4.0 “sufficient”: performance meets the standards in spite of deficiencies
from 4.1 “fail”: performance does not meet the standards because of substantial deficiencies

I got the evaluation from Uni-assist which is sort of "superior" to what TUM template because uni-assist evalaution is accepted across more universities compared to just one university template

It's the same Bavarian formula they all use.
If you've gotten a VPD before,at the back you'll see where uni-assist stated that have carried out the evaluation with all carefulness but if you feel otherwise,you can contact them.
What does this message tell you?
All I'm saying is,they can do mistakes.
They've made a mistake by altering my application number when they sent me my document.
They've made a mistake by sending me only the German version of my document.
In all the two scenerios,i contacted them,they apologized and corrected the errors.
Also know that TUM uses uniassist for VPD applications.How is it possible that they'll differ in the conversion of German CGPA?

This is actually very correct.
A 3.5 GPA from a 5 point scale, should give you exactly 2.1 German standard.

Pls is there any one here that applied to any of these school, and have gotten a reply from them, in terms of admission?

Check their admission requirements,mode of admission (ie through-online,post,uniassist etc) and deadlines.
Try contacting them via e-mail and telephone wherever you need clarity.
