I mean the length of the fence and not the height sir.I guess that will determine the price

There's no way a fence rail will be 30ft long. It's usually 10ft long. Do you have any idea what 30ft is like? That's almost two storey building

length or width, there's no way it will be 30ft for just one rail. That's not possible

You are right man. Just checked the plan again its actually 10ft each ( 2 set) with pillars in between.
You could provide pricing for the two set. Also let me know cost of transportation of both the gate and fence rail to Ekpoma.

10,000

8,000.

Thanks. The materials used are 16mm square rod for the framing of the windows and 14mm smooth rod for the designs

Thanks, I appreciate you responding not only with the price but also informing of the materials to be used, although I am in Lagos/Ogun which is a bit of a challenge, except of cos we can have people on here who are also interested in your services in Lagos that we can do a kind of joint order and share the cost of delivery, the burglaries are not the only jobs to do. thanks all the same.

I think I know this building.

Let me guess the street from one of the 5

1. Tinubu street
2. Upper Campus
3. Olushi
4. Joseph
5. Gbamgbose

Most of those old buildings built by Salvadorian are some where around Campus/Upper Campus.

Guys, let me share timeline of this project with you to encourage our fellow developers on phased development.

Image 1 was taken on 15th April, 2020 during the lockdown. You'll see the rotary machine we used in boring the points. Structural engineer recommended 23 pile points, while soil test report says termination depth should be 26m deep
All 23 points were completed 10th May, 2020 (15/4/20- 10/5/20)

Image 2 was taken on 30th May, 2020
Between 11/5/20 - 29/5/20 we were able to do the pile cap, ground beam and on 30th May, 2020 we did the slab (German Floor)

Image 3 taken on 21/6/20. Between 1st June, 2020 to 20th June, 2020 we set up all the blocks for the ground floor up to lintels, did the decking and on 21/6/20 we casted the decking.

Image 4 was taken on 15th July, 2020 the day we roofed the building. All blocks for the upper floor and roof timber members were completed between 22nd June, 2020 to 14th July, 2020. Then on 15th July, 2020 we did the roofing.

That's a 90 cycle of non-stop work.
Total cost from piling, to foundation to blockwalls and roofing the carcass was ₦15million.
Cement bag cost ₦2600 then
20 tons Sand cost ₦45,000 then
Granite 30 tons cost ₦150,000 then
10mm reinforcement ₦210,000
12mm reinforcement ₦208,000
16mm reinforcement ₦ 214,000
20mm reinforcement ₦225,000

Nice project you've got there. Please is it 4 blocks of 3 b3droom ?

We are still at preliminary stages, infact it's still at conception but a stakeholder had given a hint at the capacity and i considered it outrageous so i wanted to double check for a rough estimate.

There is definitely no swimming pool.
Every other power component is standard as would be expected in a decent lekki fully detached 5-bed duplex build.

Thanks
