Some themes aren't compatible with MIUI 12, So start from there

What problem, if it is battery drop from 100% it is not a problem it is the way they want it to be.

I was finding it difficult scolling down youtube. Clearing cache solved it. It seems it is a common YouTube issue.

Try deleting all the alarms first and see. You can delete it by pressing and holding on for a few seconds.
