el rufai is an insane beast, you just need to visit kaduna and see how the evil short devil has destroyed the state with his terrible demolision policy . El rufai is the worst evil to have happened to kaduna state. There is no way the hotel owner would have been aware of such kind of party to be held at his hotel and he will allow it to hold..
