Actually opened an account at your branch in Ibadan...the whole process was smooth before the account opening. A representative was asked to come see my office but I waited but got no call, went back to the bank and I was given phone number of one of your loan officer, I called her but her response was so insulting as she acted like someone not interested in the process. |
