I started the whole process today following guidelines from here and it has been really helpful. I already made payment and I was given 12th January as the interview date at ikoyi. I honestly need this passport before January 20th, Is there any way I can go for capturing before the interview date.

P.S I heared something about text messages and emails. Am I supposed to get one before the slated interview date?

Any info concerning this will help alot. Thnks in advance

Hian. Dnt wait . Go when u want. If anyone tries to give u stories, form one issue/challenge as to why u need the passport urgently but do not part with one kobo.

if you don’t need the passport urgent u can go there but if you need it urgently OYO

Go on twitter and make sure NIS handle sees ur tweet. Passport booklet will come out

Trust me I've done that, I was told to see that PCO man which I did. They seemed to get very pumped when they hear 'twitter'.
He told me to come around after the holidays, only to get there (31st) and be told no booklets still, and marked 'A/APP' on my slip.
I'm thinking of going back to the twitter handle about that failure on their part, what do you think?

okay you need police report, affidavit and data page of the lost passport. If you don’t need it urgent do it yourself go to those ppl that do affidavit they we help you to do affidavit and police report faster

Pls go back to twitter and cry out again, that u are almost losing a scholarship becaus of inability to get ur passport tht hs been paid for months now. They will call those ppl.

That has to be my next step. Those people can't just have anything with you easily. Na war they want, and they don't usually like that twitter thing.

You can go anytime. No implication or what soever. When filling the vistor's log book, just look for a name in the book to write as the person you came to see otherwise they won't let you in. I wonder why it is so.
