The girl who said this in another video posted online, appreciate Nigerians for their concern about the matter but urged them to please allow the issue rest.

Melojuekun had accused the commissioner for harassing her sexually with the aid of other two persons.

However, the commissioner denied the sexual harassment allegation leveled against him by the 16 year old girl.

The commissioner denied the allegation in a statement issued in Abeokuta on Saturday, January 2.

He said, “Whilst taking cognizance of the principle of a suspect being presumed innocent until proven guilty and the public statement issued by Hon. Abudu-Balogun denying the allegation, as a government with zero tolerance for gender-based violence and indeed any criminality, the suspension is a further demonstration of the commitment of Prince Dapo Abiodun Administration to fairness, equity, justice and the rule of law, no matter who is involved.”

Reacting to this, the Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun suspended the commissioner to allow him cooperate fully with the independent investigation being carried out by the police.

If you want the matter to rest, why did you bring it to the public, justice must be served to either of you, depending on who is at fault.

No dear, there's no rest for the wicked. He must pay for his crimes and if you're found wanting, you will also pay for yours.

Misconception about what, could this be a set up? Well, what business does the commissioner has with a complete teenage stranger in the first place?? A 16 year old bringing down a whole state commissioner..... If it's truly a ritual backfired, then that serves him right. If it's untamed sexual desire, that serves him right as well, and should serve as a lesson to all men out there.

I don't trust this Girl Abit.

I had been accused b4 for rape. These ladies can go any length to deal with any guy that sex and dumped them or that breaks their heart. Forget the innocent face the portray, they know people will support them due to "Weaker being" they are seen as. I will see the end of this

How did she know the commissioner wanted to use her for ritual.

It is always good and refreshing to see that we still have reasonable members on this forum.

Nothing to be added and nothing to be taken away from your very sensible posts.

You took those words outta our mouth(s)

Rape and accusation of rape are both as bad and dangerous as one another.

The Governor of the state just told the man to step aside from his position less than 24 hours ago!

crossfm:
She should be arrested.
Few days ago you said Nigerians should help you in getting justice, now you are saying another thing.

Abi she thinks rape accusation is a small thing.
Thorough and adequate investigation needs to be carried out before we know who is to be arrested sir!

When I made a statement about balanced views in my first post, some dead brain fools were quick to jump on my mention.

See what we have here now. The matter must not rest as many people have been victims of wrong accusations in the past.

And if she is being compromised, we will know as event unfolds.

Intelligent minds to quote not dunces.

Who is brainwashing or threatening you this girl?

How much have you and your parents collected?

That commissioner was just unlucky this time; I'm sure he's been doing this for ages.

This shouldn't be swept under the carpet.

Rubbish.
