Like everything else that is human right, it should be by choice. It cannot be made compulsory but partners involved esp husbands should always demand paternity test no matter how much you love and trust your spouse.

It is possible.just silently instruct the hospital not to discharge them until after the DNA results and pay them some money in advance so if dna shows baby is not yours .she go just carry the baby go her father's house.

This is what I call sensible talk.
But making it optional will make wives to browbeat their simp husbands. It should be made mandatory, no exceptions. The test result code can even be incorporated into the child's NIN.

A woman knows she is her child's mother, what's her own with DNA test?

The money should be deducted as DNA tax from the working male population, they should be responsible for their inability to marry a better woman.
