Go back and log into ur application. With ref id and app id u should be able to print our ur payment slip.

For fresh passport
U need the below after u pay online.
1. 2 passport photograph
2. Black and white abi black and grey paper file( can be bought there for 50 to 100 naira)
3. Letter of identification from Local Government/State of origin or residence or National Identity Card
4. Completed passport application form
5. Completed Guarantors’ form duly signed by a Commissioner for Oaths attached with Photocopy of Data page of Guarantor’s Nigerian ePassport, National Identity Card and one passport sized photograph of the Guarantor;
U will print out the guarantor’s form online. It is linked to your application so google how to print it when u are done with payment or check my other responses for the link.
6. Marriage certificate, where applicable;
7. Birth Certificate or Age Declaration attached with one passport-sized photograph and duly endorsed by a Commissioner for Oaths
8. Acknowledgement slip
9. evidence of payment slip

Amount for non-enhanced passport is 17,800 naira .goodluck

U will get all these application form, paymnt slip and acknwledgmnt slip during and after online payment. The letter is a handwritten letter by u addressed to the CG.

Get the nin first.
When u have the nin for the child then u do ur child’s passport. This is because of the number.
Carry the child to NIMC office in ur state. Go early so that immediately they open you would be there and since u are with a baby u wud be attended to.
Pls NIN is also free. Dnt allow any person tell u otherwise. If u dnt have NIN urself, seize the opportunity and acquire yours too.

Ur wife might need sworn affidavit of change of name incase her age declaration/birth certificate names are different if this is a fresh passport application.

Then u dnt get guarantor form, it is linked to her own application. After she has paid successfully, she wud get application id and reference id, with those numbers she will log on to the below link and be able to download her own guarantor form.

U wont use birth certificate again pls as the name is not same with ur NIN.
U can use ur NIN inplace of LGA certificate and then ur age declaration pls. What I understood from u is that these two bear same names. That is ur age declaration and ur NIN

Pls i have listed the requirements for a guarantor over and over again; sadly you do not meet them. The rules are rules and must be followed. She shud seek someone else with complete documents or u look for how to print ur nin slip from nimc office. It is free

Hello my people, I have read through post here. Please I just want to confirm if it is compulsory to have NIN slip-She is planning to have the passport processing done at Abeokuta.
She has the number- NIN but does not have the slip.

Please can someone confirm if it is a must she gets the NIN slip ( this is somehow challenging given the stress involved in getting NIN registration).
Can she progress without the NIN Slip at Abeokuta.

When you enter the main building, servicom's office the the first office on your right. Tell them you came for fresh passport application, they will ask for all your document and give you a form to fill. You will be directed to another office by your left at the reception area. He will arrange the document and ask you to come back another day for capturing. Please tell him you won't be able to come on a later day and would want to do everything that day. Make sure you monitor your file by listening to the names some officers will be calling for interview from time to time and if you did not hear your name, kindly go back to the officer at servicom that helped you submit your file to help you

I have issue of age correction on my passport for that reason i approach a friend who introduced me to one Immigration officer man in Abuja. I called this man and he gave me assurance that is not big issue that it will cost me 150k which I beg to 140 I made a transfer of 100k and I promise that if I come down to Abuja for capturing I will balance him, He said know problem I live in one Southwest state i traveled to Abuja on the 9th of December (it was not easy at all very costly going by flight ) to do the capturing and balance him 40k now the man keep posting me to wait, shortage of booklet, he lose his sister, he will get back to me and he's busy right now these are excuses he's giving me anytime I call him. please advise me on what to do because I need the passport badly this January

I hope you haven't been scammed. Correction of date of birth fee is on NIS website and i dont think it is more than 30k( for more than one alphabet and lesser for just one alphabet)which can be done faster at ikoyi via DIY . Either you Keep calling him for capturing/refund or you forfeit the money and apply by yourself

Go onto NIS page on twitter and narrate the way you did here. Everything. Make sure they see ur tweet, he will be fished out and u will be called by the ogas and ur issue rectified. Go on twitter and make sure NIS page sees ur tweet and u will be settled. Tag consumer protection page as well. Write the officer’s name and number. Pls hurry
This correction is 30k and then when approved u pay for passport 26k. There is no shortage of booklet in Abuja office. He wants to run with ur money. Pls also print out the transfer information showing his name if it was his account he used. Pls do quick.
