I was able to access my ID on the website but unfortunately the picture attached isn't me, how do I rectify that?

Error message is what I am getting when I input my NIN

Digital id card that you cant use anywhere. Banks doesnt accept it. Is that one id?

You can also link All your other numbers to your NIN through the App. An OTP would be sent to any number that you are attempting to link to the NIN, and you must use the OTP generated before the expiration of Ten Minutes.

Do you have a NIN slip? If yes, make sure the NIN that turns up when you dial *346# is same as the one on your slip.

Why can't they just produce smart cards, it's not everyone that own smartphone.

For linking NIN to your telephone, the app is not a necessity. Use USSD if you have no smartphone.

After it requests to confirm your your number that's the end.

NIMC is a bunch of rookies.

i used the app yesterday, it actually worked for me.

Downloaded and used the app seamlessly overnight, also linked my 3 numbers to my NIN. waiting for their response as the picture displayed isn't mine. Way better than going to their office anyway.

When they are serious with this NIN issue we will know
