If truly there was or wasn't election fraud why can't the senate and house set up an independent election fraud enquiry body to look at claims of election fraud, this will benefit the republicans and democrats

Because the election fraud occurred in the six battleground states oooo And it will make sense if the independent election fraud enquiry body disproves or approves the claims of election fraud and such senators will b removed or allowed to continue as senators by the constitution of the USA
