That's something constitutional lawyers never agrees upon. Some say he has the Presidential power to pardon himself and some say he doesn't. All this came to bear in the case of Dick Nixon when he was pardoned by Gerald Ford in 74 before President Nixon resigned due to the Watergate scandal. There's no definite answer to that unless you want to prove to me that you are a US constitutional lawyer. The best way to get him and the ones Trump's really scared of is the impending indictments by the State of New York who already deposed his son couple months ago and the District Attorney of Manhattan. Those have the goods on him since he lived most of his life in New York and they know all his mafioso dealings.
