No it will not. The sponsor cannot empty his/her account for you. There has to be some balance left for the person to survive on. The sponsor also has to show evidence of income and how they got the N10M+ at least N2M for their upkeep and family needs. This is very important as you can be denied based on this

No bro,
The 10m is personal savings and from sales of properties (with evidence). So, the sponsorship is “self”.
With these parameters now, can the 10m suffice?

Hi @ICaSNg,

If I opt to pay for the Education Bond, would a Statement of Account from where the money was paid from be needed when applying for the visa?

I'm aware that the Education Bond should be done using a domiciliary account (which we do not have), or can it be paid via Form A?

Thank you...

Apologies for the late response. Yes all Bank statements should be presented. Dwebb already responded too

If you're single I.e unmarried with no dependents then it probably may be enough but use black market rates for conversion to be on the safe side.

Don't forget explanation of lump sum as well as proof is required

Thanks for responding. Do you have any idea on the answer to the second question there, please?

Yes, the account where the bond was paid from has to be submitted with explanations on the source of funding!

Education / eurobond depending on the bank can be paid through form A or dorm act. DORM act is always a faster option.

Cheers

Your salary bank statement and employment letter or confirmation of employment is enough to cover that part.
Wishing you God's favor

Hi,
@ICaSNg
My sponsor transferred like 90 percent of my tuition fees and also transferred the equivalent of 7000 euro in Naira into my savings account for education bond . Is it necessary to explain this lump sum considering the fact it was deposited by my sponsor..

2. Is it necessary to explain a large debit in my savings account or that of my sponsor if the debit is not tuition fee or edubond related?
3. What amount can be regarded as a lump-sum ?

Is it necessary to explain a large debit in my savings account or that of my sponsor if the debit is not tuition fee or edubond related? both credit and few debit is required but more importantly all lump sum credit for your account and your sponsor's coupled with proof.

3. What amount can be regarded as a lump-sum- your salary and above or average monthly income if you're unemployed.
if employed and salary is 80k for example, you start from your salary and any amount above 80k

if unemployed and on average you get like 40k as gifts or little transactions, you start from that.

Is there any need for MSc applicant to submit WAEC certificate?
What if the applicant studied humanities at Bachelors and had a D7 in Mathematics (which is accepted for the admission). Will this result affect such a one or will the person have any issues with the D7 on Mathematics while submitting for MSc program?

For Ireland all results and credentials is required

Thanks a lot @ICaSNg, but I don’t think you completely understand the first question.let me try to explain better ...
Most of the lump sum received in my account is money from my sponsor to pay for tuition fees and to secure an education bond. All I can explain in this situation is that my sponsor sent money to me to pay for tuition and edubond. I can’t really provide proof for that ...

Proof of where your sponsor got the money is required- means of employment, and proof of any lump sum in sponsor's account- you will be presently both your acct and sponsor's acct of 6 months each- both of you need to explain lump sums and proof

@ICaSNg please hope writing it out like that won't be an excuse for denial, cause after the money was transferred by her to his account, no large sum of money has entered the account since then.

Hi @ICaSNg,
I know that even if you use an education bond that you still need to provide your bank statement and that of your sponsor as well as explain source of funds..But what exactly is the importance of using an education bond?

LMAO.... To show you have access to the funds directly in Ireland; bank statements, source of funds and explanation of lump sum is to show funds are not from illegal/fraudulent source and that you won't be a burden to the Irish govt more importantly by seeking public funds or loans
