touch and hold the home screen, you'll see settings . click it and find option from there

One thing with MMCs, always keep a backup of important information somewhere else.

The memory card may be corrupt or faulty. Use a memory card reader and plug it to a PC to see if the system will recognize it.

Hold power button for 15secs to force restart. If it doesn't work you when it switches off you hold power button and volume up button to access recovery mode and try to reboot from there.

If that doesn't work, do the same thing and wipe data

Turn of data and Clear storage & cache of google playstore/ play services / google framework. Reboot, turn on data and check.

Or uninstall updates of all three of them, reboot, turn on data and check.

Yoy may have to try several times to get it working.
