This sort of behaviour exposes real queations we need to start asking ourselves.

1. What is the job description and expectation of mililtary personnel?

2. What is the role of military personnel in resolution of civilian disputes when there are constitutionally backed institutions (Police?) in place for this purpose?

3. At what point is the application of physical force on an unarmed civillian justified?

4. What are consequences of breaching the millitary code in military to civilian relations?
