This will be very difficult in country where religious law are competing with constitution in terms of Relevance

The only religion that worries me in politics is Islam.

The main problematic ethnicities are oyinbo and (east/west/south/central/north) asian.

now imagine the private sector where any wealthy individual can hire who they want...

any wealthy private business person from an ethnicity moves into a state with huge population will hire and bring people from mainly his/her ethnicity and religion...

that's one of the reasons you go to some private companies and you see one ethinicity been dominant.. its because they are the same ethnicity as the owner of the company..

e.g. Lagos is a state in the Yoruba region but it has many non-yorubas, some of this non-yorubas own companies and they hire maybe one or two yorubas but the majority of the company employees are the same ethnicity as the owner and this indirectly increases the poverty the yorubas will experience and since everyone is a Nigerian the Yorubas cannot complain....

Yoruba owned companies will mostly hire yorubas, fulani owned companies will mostly hire fulani e.t.c

Yoruba will keep suffering the fate of unemployment and poverty until they learn to take care of their own.

Lagos is a yoruba State but the Yoruba's can't get jobs or work, they all claim progressive and open minded.

Ask a yoruba man to go to Igbo or any other states that is not Yoruba to find job, let's see if he will get one.

Firstly, let's take out religion out of any form you want to fill and also take out state/local government origin, then we can start from there.
