It's a private registration centre.. any organisation with funds and infrastructure can get Nimc to assign a reg centre for its location.. many companies do.same.for their staff .. i did mine in zenith months back..if you want a centre in your community apply to nimc provide infrastructure and you get one.. rccg did that for its community if any one wants to.benefit from that u have to follow the rules of the place.. basic.. what's the fuss
