This issue of herdsmen living in the bus should be checked. Why can't they collectively leave in the city with others. They just occupy land in the bus living on their own with no one checkmating them. One day their children will wake up and say that it's their forefathers who handed the land over to them, therefore the land is thiers.

When the Bororo sighted danger, they started running to the Fulani village, about a kilometre from that village. Yoruba leaders claimed the murdered herdsmen were kidnappers while Fulani leaders claimed they were innocent herders.

A Yoruba traditional leader in the area insisted that the herdsmen were kidnappers. "Those telling you the story are not here. I am telling you the facts about it. The government needs to take action now. We have reported this case to the government several times. All filling stations are not working here again because of the excesses of the herdsmen," the traditional ruler, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said.

So this story is themsay them them. Journalism include details research and proper presentation. Fanning embers of war aka politics is what most news writers do now. The dead bodies must be identified, named and origins determined. You don't need to rush yet to Yoruba and Fulani area leaders to hear what they say. Demonic journalism.

Brother, wars aren't won by painting a whole tribe evil, wars are won by deplomacy, and we must not be reactionary but proactive. We also have Yorubas who are working with these criminal elements so it's really not a tribal thing. I understand your point of view tho but it's not a dick measuring contest as the main priority should be draining the region of all forms of criminality.

What most people don't understand is that most of the armed herdsmen are usually not even fulani. We have thousands of Fulani settlements all over the north and they have not been causing trouble. The killer jerders and bandits sometimes even raid those settlements and seize their cows. Obviously, attacking a settlement full of young and old Fulani men will not go unanswered by the Fulanis. I trust them.
