Since members of the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), claim not to belong to Nigeria, is there any need for them to get their NIN too. Or will their phone lines be blocked should they refuse to get their national identity number? And what about foreigners living in Nigeria. What will happen to their phone lines as well, since they are not eligible to get the national identity number...
