I have been TTC for almost 3years now, we have carried out all necessary test in a hospital and also a private laboratory.
Each finding showed that I was not properly ovulating, the last diagnosis showed low Progesterone of 0.2ng/mL.
I have taken Clomid and Letrazole as prescribed by the doctor and also HCG shot before a failed IUI.
What would be the best solution to this?

I just need to rant.

TTC in long distance marriages is frustrating. I work in Edo state and my DH stays in Lagos, it's been two year s and few months that we've been trying and it's been in futile.

I have been diagnosed with a left hemorrhagic cyst and I have irregular cycles (31-67 days) and he has azoospermia. Though we are trying to treat these things but we don't even know if it's working when we see only two days in a month and sometimes away from my fertile period.
We managed to BD two days after ovulation day last month and since it's cycle day 39 (period supposedly late), I went ahead and raised my stupid hopes up and here are 5 negative tests staring back at me. I just want to crawl into a hole and bawl my eyes out.

I mean why me of all people I'm a good person. Why is God watching me like this? It's not like we can afford IVF if it ever comes to that.


Why is it so hard for a sperm to just meet my egg and wipe all these tears away.

It is well mama.. I think you should just take a break from work and go meet your hubby.

i did not check TUbes . but i did carried out some text including hormones . was placed on some medication .
Presently, have not been ovulating for some time now. Although, i did ovulate during the period i was on medication. but after the medication, it has stopped. I told my gyn. but all he could replied with is OK.

In trying to conceive naturally the first thing is to check that both tubes are patent with no blockage and also no abnormally.Please see a specialist to book a hysterosalpingogram(Hsg) this will determine if you need to keep trying naturally or got for assisted reproduction.
Please Ladies as much as most of us are religious it is not really productive to tell someone God,s time is the best or wait on the lord.God created Drs and you can visit a Doctor and remain prayerful for the best outcome.Let’s be practical.

I am sorry to hear you IUI failed.
In trying to conceived through assisted methods there are no guarantees that the first time would work.Try again when you feel ready would be my advice.Most people pay for three cycles because it is cheaper in the long run and offers you more chances.

Also being a good person has nothing to do with your lot in life.It’s only been a few months plus they must have had a discussion before deciding on a long distance marriage.Eventually something will have to give and one person would need to relocate.

I think you need to breathe and calm down. You have not been forgotten by God. In as much as his timing is the best, you and hubby have to sit down to talk things out.

I wouldn't ask either of you to resign due to the nation's economy but then you can arrange to meet biweekly if not weekly.
It will give you a better chance. Baby dust to you.

Never give up on God,he still does miracles.delay is never denial.

Like I said that I did urine mcs which came out today and the result says " yielded no growth of bacteria after 24 hours of incubation". Will it still be safe to take the regimen of azithromycin and doxycycline for hydrosalpinx?

Treatment for Chlamydia and bacterial load.
INSTRUCTIONS　

· The treatment needs to be followed by both partners at the same time (please let us know if you are taking any other antibiotics)

· The antibiotics should be taken on empty stomach or after a meal.

· Alcohol intake should be avoided during treatment period.

· Keep upright position for at least 30 minutes after intake of DOXYCYCLINE and avoid taking it too late in the evening.

· Avoid intake of dairy products with or close to DOXYCYCLINE intake and limit exposure to sunlight because of possible photosensitivity reaction.

　

Day 1: Azithromycin tbs 250mg, [take 4 tablets altogether, total 1000mg]

Day 2: NOTHING

Day 3-7: Doxycycline tbs 100mg, [one tablet in the morning and one in the evening]

Day 8: Day 1: Azithromycin tbs 250mg, [take 4 tablets altogether, total 1000mg]

Prolactemia is noncancerous tumor of the pituitary gland. This tumor causes the pituitary to make too much of a hormone called prolactin. The major effect of prolactinoma is decreased levels of some sex hormones — estrogen in women and testosterone in men.

Although prolactinoma isn't life-threatening, it can cause vision difficulties, infertility and other problems. Prolactinoma is the most common type of hormone-producing tumor that can develop in your pituitary gland.

Doctors can often treat prolactinoma with medications to restore your prolactin level to normal. Surgery to remove the pituitary tumor also might be an option.


Symptoms
Prolactinoma might not cause any noticeable signs or symptoms. However, excessive prolactin in your blood (hyperprolactinemia) or pressure on surrounding tissues from a large tumor can cause signs or symptoms. Because elevated prolactin can disrupt the reproductive system (hypogonadism), some of the signs and symptoms of prolactinoma are specific to females or males.

In females, prolactinoma can cause:

Complications

After sex try and do put a pillow below your waist for 30 mins or doggy style is better advised
