I think it's past a coincidence now that City always get easy draws in EFLs & FAs (a supposedly big club for that matter) while Liverpool would always get tough draws & United sometimes. So it makes sense that City wins most of these cups because the threats cancel each other before finals. This is really unfair to other clubs.
The other clubs should lodge a complain, it's getting too much. Year in year out the same draw pattern & they keep bagging all the cups.

Same City wooped United in Carabao cup last week. Will face Tottenham in the Finals. Is Tottenham also a small club. blame ur club for failing and stop blaming other teams
