The minority of the people who are not can be divided into 2 groups of critics.. Those, the majority, who criticize blindingly and out of hatred VS the minority, who criticize, not out of hatred, but genuineness. Zulum belongs here. They criticize the government but still admit they've tried.

However, the majority of the people know they have done well and therefore in support.
