Is the project useful or useless?

Where are the results? Rivers has the highest budget in Nigeria.

Amaechi's project. May remain useless untill Amaechi's person enters power, only if such wouldn't be a very obsolete transport system by then. Wike even warned Rivers people to stay away from it as it is a 'death trap'. He said Amaechiu and his family should go and use it.

It is almost a white elephant project.
It was here in 2014 and 2015 that Amaechi commissioned some western press to publish on National Dailies that the project had been completed. Those of us on ground were saying no. Those in far away Lagos were singing his praises. That project has over #70billion sunk into it as at 2014. The length covered so far is not more than 2km. No reasonable governor will go on with it not even with Amaechi becoming the governor again let alone a friend of his.
It is truly a money wasted on nothing.

Why not complete it since almost half is already done? Wouldn't the city benefit from a monorail? Also, did a criminal like this become transportation minister?

Imbéciles who probably have never set foot in Rivers state before have come again. The useless fòols, this topic has been treated years ago even as far back as Amaechi's tenure as governor. Consultants warned against this project because its not viable, first contractor ran away before Wike took over and Buhari destroyed the economy. Why so interested in Rivers monorail to nowhere when there's a bigger scam in your Lagos ? Focus on that one

Wicked is indeed working
