OP do some research before writing shits.I live in Lagos but this isn't a nice comparison.THIS IKOYI JETTY was constructed by MTN not Lagos State govt.However, MTN built the car-park for his employees and donated the jetty to Lagos State government.

It is called PPP. Can't companies in Rivers partner Rivers State Government too, especially oil companies. Op is still right. If Lagos State did not give them the land, permission and the go ahead, MTN wouldn't have been able to do it.
