So even if they are poor to afford such devices, they should be made aware of the impending danger in neglecting cleanliness. step 2. Cook with a pinch of salt. Note: 5mins should be ok but depend on how soft you want your yam.
step 3. Drain your cooked yam in a colander and keep aside.
step 4. Break your eggs, put in a plate mix with pepper, salt and onions if you wish. Note: maggi optional.
step 5. Pick a slice of yam mix properly with the egg before fry.
