Hi,
Places like Amawbia is cool with constant power supply. Then if you are wealthy and want to spend some money you can look at Udoka housing estate or Ngosika estate.
Check jiji. ng for houses.

Is she a student? Then places around Unizik University such as Ifite or Aroma would be okay for her.

You can contact me via WhatsApp on the number you see on my bio.
There is also Nodu Okpuno which steady light mostly at night. 2 bedroom flat would be like 400k for first payment. Same applies to Maryland in Amawbia which has like 12 hours daily.

I just have this feeling that Jiji's price of houses are inflated. I am looking for a self contained. Priorities, Light, water and security. I may add, a place that is not populated by students.

Nodu Okpuno or Amawbia will suit you. Prices range from 100-150k per annum depending on your taste. Also factor in payment for the agent as well.

Guys, I need your sincere advise.
I have been in Lagos for the past six years and of recent the rising cost of living here in Lagos is something else.I would like to know if the cost of living in Awka is cheaper in the areas of food, accomadation, security etc.
Will migrating to Awka be economically viable for me in running a business like transport or an eatery center. Thanks

Please is this thread still active. How safe is Okpuno to live in. This is because am planning to rent an apartment there but I read an article that says the area is not safe.

Sorry for the late reply. Cost of living is high in Awka and not much going on there.
