You'd use that sense if you have any, don't ask me nothing guy. I owe you nothing. Read the jargons you typed and ask yourself whose fault. Don't give yourself reasons to cry today.
I don't care whose fault it is. You know Online lectures is not feasible in Nigeria, but you decided to say something, anything, no matter how useless and senseless it may seem.

Going online with lectures will only make pupils who cannot afford a phone/PC or who cannot spend up to 500MB for one hour of lectures or who done have electricity to charge their phones, (which make up more than 95% of the class) to miss classes. Online lectures is going to create a problem and there's no time to look for whose fault it is.

The government also asked the school authorities to ensure constant supply of water and sanitisers, and make available functional health clinics with facilities for isolation and transportation of suspected cases to medical facilities.

Nice... This social distance enforcement should be more pronounced during exams... Doing this will not only reduce the risk of spreading the virus, but will also eliminate "giraffing", a kind of examination malpractice, thereby killing two birds with one stone!

God bless Nigeria.

All these measures will is not working or stopping anything. Enforcing a national mask wearing is the best way forward. If people don't want a second lockdown (and govt don't want it too), they should be forced to wear mask.

Glad to hear schools will be opening on the proposed date. Religious centres and markets have been running, schools shouldn't be neglected so long as students and teachers adhere to the covid-19 prevention measures. I'm hopeful a date for JAMB registration will also be fixed.

N96 mask protects you from having it. Other mask protects you from giving others. That's why the science behind it says all should wear. If you wear the available mask, you protect others. When all wears, they protect everyone. Mtchwwwww.

Government issuing directives, but the main culprits with regard to falling foul of these directives are government owned public schools. Private schools have done way better in terms of enforcement.

This may be the end of religion,

do you know how that religious indoctrination called Early Morning Assembly destroyed our brains?

I went to a school that has more CRK teachers than mathematics teacher.

as for that face mask thing in school, children will not comply with it because their parents have been bad examples to them, shaking of hands will never be abolished in our schools.

this ajebuter school in my neighborhood sacked a teacher because a student doesn't like him, can u just imagine?. in the past when a student doesn't like a teacher, he adjust. but now the students wants the teacher to bend.

the education system needs serious reform too. starting from the teacher, teachers are no longer respected, courtesy of what happens in our world today,

people no longer respect constituted authority.
Sorry... how does this correlate/affect the topic?

Their mates are researching and developing vaccines, meanwhile they're pronouncing bans. Has the federal government made any meaningful contribution towards reducing the covid cases except bans?
