i think at this point it should be about balance. The issue is some schools are lying to themselves about being prepared, aren't planning serious protocols and people(teachers and students) can't help but not comply with them . I hope we don't start seeing mass shutdowns of tertiary institutions but I don't see how that's likely not to happen .
