2 of my refrees just replied and it reflected under application form as it's being updated. Even if one has clicked the submit button. Once the refree details are intact, it will be updated as they are replying.

I think it's safe to let them all be university lecturers. I read somewhere that they must all be university lecturers. Plus in the options available for referee position, it's only lecturer's posts listed there.
