Very incompetent people! Same thing aero did in December 22. Shifted a flight from 3.45pm to 1;30 am (not pm ooh) the next day. After waiting around, only to be told it had been cancelled (not shifted ), that was even when we went for check-in! No prior message was sent to say that the flight had been cancelled. imagine such disappointment during Christmas period, when tickets are scarce and if you manage to see the money will be too much. Imagine, after waiting so long at the airport... they didn't even try to make us comfortable. Lucky for them, they met calmer passengers that day.

I'll never encourage violence against anyone though. But really, the airlines can do much better.

If you push (just push!) an airline worker in some countries you'll be banned from flying
