Five steps to be saved and be added to the Church of Christ by God:

1. You must hear the Gospel
2. Believe in Jesus Christ
3. Repent from sins
4. Confess Jesus Christ
4. Be Baptized (Baptism by emersion, not sprinkling and not infant baptism)

Jesus is Lord

Saved from what? You are still going to die like every one else. Your body will turn to dust and your spirit will teturn to God who gave it. Whether one jesus died or 100000 million jesuses. It has not changed anything. It is just a distraction and on top of that it is idolatry..

Jesus is God the Son. He's the Word that became flesh... Jesus is the only Way. Jesus is the Truth and the Life.
