Why is the Nigerian government not investing in virtual learning so the children dont miss out on school like their foreign counterparts? That way they will be safe at home and learn from home.its only when it comes to draining money from Nigerians via taxes that they want to copy foreign countries. Misplaced priorities i guess.

Most schools including universities are moving into virtual learning.

You can not beat your chest and say the lockdown didn't help.

Do you know what the level of spread would have been if there was never a lock-down?

Is the rising case of infection and death not because we are operating business as usual?

Corona no dey kill plenty people, but nobody sabi who e go kill.

Activities should be limited to the barest necessities. Offices should run shifts same as markets. Students should stay at home. If they lose one session, e no go kill them. Afterall the average Nigerian graduate stays at home for upwards of 3 years before he gets a job so what is the rush for.

Since the vaccine would be readily available within the next 6 to 12 months, things can be slowed down in anticipation for such a time when most people especially the most vulnerable would have gotten the vaccine.

Life no get duplicate.

6 to 12 months be like 6 to 12 days in ur eyes ABI?

3,950 discharged ! That's very good.... I laughed when I see people saying "it is getting scary". They won't talk about the number of the discharged, only focusing on new cases.

3 years LOCKDOWN does not guarantee absolute eradication of coronavirus. We must continue our life and follow the rules, just make sure you prevent yourself that's all ! Nothing is getting scary.

We won't stop boarding planes because of news and possibility of plane crash

We won't stop driving because of road accident even if 10 thousand people dies in ghastly motor accident right in ur presence, the next day it won't stop u from traveling by same road. Drivers won't even quit their driving job.

You are instinctively evil. You are cold and calculative. Your thinking is like Donald Trump. You care more about business than people. You don't give a bloody ass as long as is not your ass that's on the line.

So we shouldn't do anything. We should wait till fools like you comes to terms that the narratives around Covid-19 do not add up. We shouldn't lock down. We should not strive for vaccine.

And I know you will be a very religious person.

Madam calm down !

Covid-19 is real and nobody is disputing the fact. You think you are making sense but you are not. I can put it to you that you are very SENTIMENTAL. We have two things on ground

1. We must work before we eat
2. There is covid-19 in town

Now how do we balance the two ? U talk about lockdown as if it is a child's play

Oya, prove that I'm sentimental.

The two things we have on ground are these :

1. We shut down now and slow the virus.
2. Or the virus shut us down and by the time it gets to this stage you won't be able to eat that food you are running after.

How many people is Kano testing per day?
How many private hospitals and labs are accredited to test for Covid in Kano?
The last time Kano messed up and people were dropping dead like flies, they had to move in resources from Lagos to help Kano.

Well, for me , Safety comes first. My kids would be home schooled until we can clearly see where we are headed with this virus. I cannot expose myself and entire family to risk if I can afford not to.
let your illiterate children stay at home.
It's not compulsory you give them education.
I'm sure you're a Northerner so I can apparently see that education isn't your thing
